Nacogdoches County, TX – Bernard Charles Kifer III Killed In HWY 59 S Crash

Nacogdoches County, TX (May 8, 2019) – On Tuesday, May 7, the Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene of a collision on Highway 59.

According to reports, deputies received numerous calls regarding a male in the roadway. According to reports, he was darting in and out of traffic along the 5400 block of Highway 59 South.

As officers from the Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Office were in transit to the location, the mal was struck in the roadway by two different vehicles.

The victim, who was later identified as 32-year-old Bernard Charles Kifer III, was transported to Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
