Kingsville, TX – Jet Crash At Naval Air Station Leaves Two Injured

Kingsville, TX (May 10, 2019) – On May 10, around 3:15 p.m., emergency crews responded to the scene of an incident at the Naval Air Station in Kingsville.

According to reports, two pilots were traveling in a T-45 trainer jet when they noticed an engine warning light come on right before taking off. The jet then crashed on the runway, causing two pilots to be ejected from the aircraft.

Both pilots sustained injuries and were transported to an area hospital for medical treatment. The cause of the incident remains under investigation at this time.
