Vehicle Accidents in Texas

When vehicles collide into each other late at night on weekends, it’s usually because drivers are under the influence and are unable to safely operate their vehicles. Alcohol alters an individual’s ability to see clearly and perceive distance. Drivers are also unable to control their own bodies, which causes them to have slow reaction times to everything around them. Therefore, it’s not uncommon for drunk drivers to cause serious accidents.

At Benton Law Firm, we are committed to assisting drivers and passengers who have been harmed as a result of negligent driving. We don’t believe it’s right for our clients to suffer financially – along with physically and emotionally – for injuries they didn’t cause.
