Forth Worth, TX – Jose R. Salcedo Killed & 3 Injured in Head-On Crash on N Main St
Fort Worth, TX (May 11, 2019) On the night of May 10th, a head-on collision happened at 4900 North Main St at Northwest Loop 820. Two vehicles collided head-on right before 11:30 p.m. The impact of the collision caused one of the vehicles to catch on fire.
When an ambulance arrived, they found four occupants inside the vehicle that was on fire. They were able to safely extricate three of them and provide immediate care. Unfortunately, the fourth occupant suffered fatal injuries. He has been identified as 31-year-old Jose Ricardo Salcedo.
Authorities are currently investigating to determine what caused the fatal accident.
