Austin, TX – Man Killed In Crash On Interstate 35
Austin, TX (May 13, 2019) – On May 12, Austin-Travis County EMS responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 12100 block of Interstate 35 North.
The incident occurred around 11:35 p.m. According to emergency crews, two vehicles were traveling along the interstate when they collided for unknown reasons. The impact of the collision caused the vehicles to catch on fire just south of Tech Ridge Boulevard.
One person involved in the collision sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene of the incident. A second person injured in the collision was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment to non-life-threatening injuries.
