Ector County, TX – Andy Heffner Killed In Crash On Loop 338

Ector County, TX (May 13, 2019) – On May 13, around 2:15 a.m., Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Loop 338.

According to reports, DPS arrived to the scene of a motor vehicle incident along the roadway to discover a Ford F-250 rolled over. The vehicle had two occupants at the time of the incident.

22-year-old Andy Heffner, who was identified as the driver, was found deceased at the scene of the incident. The passenger in the vehicle, who was identified as 38-year-old Ray Tamez, sustained serious injuries and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

An investigation of the incident remains underway at this time.
