Fatal Pedestrian Accidents In Texas

Lubbock, TX – Woman And Dog Killed In Crash On Ave Q & 27th StEvery year, more than 600 pedestrians lose their lives in Texas car accidents. Unfortunately, a larger percentage of at-fault drivers flee the scene of the incident before police and emergency crews respond. This is very unfortunate and devastating, as is it nearly impossible to determine if pedestrians would have had a fighting chance had someone stopped to render aid immediately.

When pedestrians are killed in horrific collisions, surviving family members are not only left to deal with the overwhelming emotions surrounding the situation, but they are often left to bear the costs for funeral expenses. When victims lose their lives due to the negligent acts of others, it is imperative for surviving relatives to contact a wrongful death attorney in Texas as soon as possible.

For over two decades, Texas pedestrian accident attorneys at the Benton Law Firm have fought on behalf of injured victims and their families for the justice they deserve. We firmly believe those harmed need to hold the at-fault parties accountable in order to protect communities throughout our state.
