Odessa, TX (May 15, 2019) – On May 15, authorities confirm Deacon Manuel Luevano succumbed to injuries sustained in a collision on 51st Street.

Reports show that on March 4, 72-year-old Manuel Luevano was at the intersection of 51st Street and Clover in Odessa when his vehicle was struck by a group of suspects that burglarized a nearby Smoker’s Outlet.

Luevano was transported to Medical Center Hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he has been for the past two months before passing away from his injuries.
