The victim, 39-year-old Gary Garza, was reportedly inside the tanker at the time it exploded.

Yesterday, DPS announced a second worker, 42-year-old Roger Noriega, succumbed to his injuries at Brooke Army Medical Center.

We would like to offer our sincere condolences to the families of both Mr. Roger Noriega and Mr. Gary Garza.  Our thoughts are with them at this time.
