San Antonio, TX – 4 Injured in 2-Car Collision on Huron St

San Antonio, TX (May 18, 2019) On the 17th of May, a two-car collision happened on Huron Street, not far from Stonewall Street. A teenager driving a Dodge was traveling southbound and failed to stop at a stop sign. As a result, the Dodge crashed into a vehicle that carried two occupants.

When the paramedics arrived, they found four people suffering injuries and immediately tended to them. Those who need further medical care were taken to the closest hospitals in the area.

The teenage driver fled the scene but was later arrested by the police.

Our thoughts are with the four victims who sustained injuries in this terrible accident as we hope for their full recoveries.

Vehicle Accidents in Texas

San Antonio, TX – 4 Injured in 2-Car Collision on Huron StAbout 35 percent of teenage drivers are caught speeding right before they crash into other vehicles. Lack of experience is one of the top reasons why teenagers speed on the road. Often times, the adrenaline rush they receive as they accelerate their speed is also why they choose to drive above the speed limit. When teenagers disregard traffic laws, it’s often because they’re driving distracted, or driving too fast to stop in time to abide by red lights and/or stop signs.
