Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
In 2016, approximately 676 pedestrians lost their lives in Texas after being hit by vehicles. Driving under the influence is one of the leading causes of pedestrian accidents. When drivers are impaired, they’re unable to brake in time, yield the right-of-way, or drive at safe speed limits. Under these circumstances, pedestrians are almost always likely to get hit and suffer serious injuries.
At Benton Law Firm, we assist those who have been seriously hurt in accidents caused by drunk drivers.
