Pedestrian Accidents in Texas

Travis County, TX – 1 Killed and 1 Injured in Fatal Pedestrian Accident on I-35Whenever people are struck on highways, it’s often because they stepped out of their car as it malfunctioned or after a collision. If drivers are using their cell phones while they drive on the highway, they’re more likely not to see a pedestrian until it’s too late. Whenever people are on the highway close to midnight, drivers are often fatigued or under the influence and are more likely to also not see them and accidentally hit them.
