Galveston, TX – Crash On Gilchrist Leaves Woman Seriously Injured
Galveston County, TX (May 20, 2019) – On Friday, May 17, Galveston County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene of a head-on collision on Gilchrist.
According to reports, two vehicles collided head-on along the roadway for unknown reasons. One vehicle involved in the collision caught on fire as the driver was trapped inside. Emergency crews were able to extract the injured woman and perform CPR before LifeFlighting her to an area hospital for medical treatment.
At this time, the cause of the incident remains under investigation.
