Galveston County, TX (May 20, 2019) – On May 19, Texas Department of Transportation responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident on the Bolivar Peninsula.

According to reports, a male was riding in an unknown vehicle when he fell off it and landed on the highway. Before the male was able to get out of the roadway, he was struck by another vehicle. The injured pedestrian was transported by ambulance to the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.
