Fatal Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Traveling by foot seems to be one of the most common forms of transportation for underage individuals throughout our state. Unfortunately, it is not as safe of an activity as we would like to believe. Over 600 pedestrians lose their lives in fatal collisions across our state each year.
When teens lose their lives in pedestrian accidents, they often leave behind friends and family members who are devastated. Dealing with the loss of a loved one is difficult in any situation. Learning that a loved one died due to the negligent acts of another person makes the situation more difficult to accept. In some cases, families can contact a wrongful death attorney in Texas to protect their legal rights.
