Odessa, TX – Dow Bert Parker Killed In Pedestrian Crash On University Ave

Odessa, TX (May 22, 2019) – Over the weekend, Odessa Police Department responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident at the intersection of University and Golder.

According to police, 60-year-old Dow Bert Parker was traveling across the roadway on foot when he was struck by a Jeep Liberty.

Parker sustained serious injuries in the incident. Parker was transported to Medical Center Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

An investigation of the incident found that Parker was running south along University when he was struck by the motor vehicle. The incident remains under investigation at this time.
