San Antonio, TX – Two Injured In Rollover crash On Medina Base Road

San Antonio, TX (May 23, 2019) –  On Wednesday, May 22, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Medina Base Road.

According to reports, a woman and her 17-year-old cousin were traveling down the roadway when they got a flat tire. The tire flattening caused the driver to lose control of her vehicle. The vehicle jumped across the median in the roadway and struck an elderly couple’s SUV head-on.

The impact of the collision caused the two individuals to be trapped inside the vehicle. Bexar County Sheriff’s Office had to remove the windshield of the SUV to free the couple from their vehicle.

The man and woman inside the vehicle were both injured and provided medical attention.
