Travis County, TX (May 24, 2019) – On May 24, around 1 a.m., Austin-Travis County EMS responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Highway 290 near Shallow Ford Drive.

According to reports, a Toyota 4 Runner was traveling along the roadway when it collided with a semi-truck for unknown reasons.

One person involved in the incident sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation at this time.
