Vehicle Accidents in Austin

Austin, TX – 5 Injured in 4-Car Crash on E Riverside DrSadly, over 14,000 car accidents occurred in Austin in 2015. Whenever two or more vehicles collide, the cause is often distracted driving, especially if the accident happens early in the morning. Drivers are usually rushing to work, to appointments, or to drop their children off at school. When drivers are in a rush, sometimes they’re also multi-tasking when they should be completely focused on the road. Sometimes they’re driving above the speed limit while they’re trying to multi-task, which puts them at an even higher risk of potentially causing a serious accident.

At Benton Law Firm, we understand that accidents happen, but we strongly believe that all drivers must abide by their legal duty of being completely alert on the road. When drivers fail to do so, we make it our mission to ensure our injured clients recover all necessary funds to pay for damages and losses.
