Pedestrian Accidents in El Paso
Between 2015 and 2016, the number of fatal pedestrian accidents doubled in El Paso. The leading cause of pedestrian accidents in Texas has been confirmed as a driver’s inattention, which could be caused by various reasons. If drivers are on their cell phones, drunk, tired, or high late at night, they’re more likely to accidentally hit and seriously injure a pedestrian. If drivers drive down a street with poorly lit roads, they are twice as likely to accidentally hit a pedestrian under any of those circumstances.
At Benton Law Firm, we know it’s unfair for injured victims to be stuck with expensive medical bills for injuries they didn’t cause, which is why we work so hard to help them win their personal injury lawsuits. We are all about justice, which is why we are so passionate about ensuring our clients are fairly compensated.
