Hudspeth County, TX – 2 Injured in 2-Car Collision on I-10

Hudspeth County, TX (May 26, 2019) On the morning of May 25th, a two-car collision happened on the Interstate 10 freeway. Reports indicate that a semi-truck and a 4-door SUV crashed into each other for unspecified reasons at around 10:00 a.m. The impact of the crash caused the semi-truck to catch on fire and also spill debris along the roadway.

When emergency crews arrived to help, they found the driver and passenger of the SUV injured and rushed them to Del Sol Medical Center in El Paso for treatment.

Crews shut down lanes on the freeway at mile marker 79 as they removed the vehicles and cleaned up the debris.

The police are still investigating to determine what caused the major wreck.

Our thoughts are with the two injured victims and their families as they recover.
