UPDATE: El Paso, TX – Giovanni Landeros Injured in Pedestrian Accident on Charles Foster St

In 2018, approximately 69 pedestrians lost their lives in El Paso after being hit by vehicles. When drivers strike pedestrians at intersections, most of the time they’re too distracted by their cell phones and other activities and end up not yielding the right-of-way to pedestrians. When drivers are not careful, they often leave pedestrians suffering from serious injuries that could remain permanently damaged for the rest of their lives.

At Benton Law Firm, we understand how difficult it is for injured victims to endure the physical, emotional, and mental pain that results from being hit by vehicles. We don’t think negligent drivers should get away with not being held financially responsible for causing all damages and losses, which is why we fight hard for our clients’ rights until they win their personal injury lawsuits. If you or someone you love was hurt in a pedestrian accident, contact our office today for a free consultation at 214-219-4878.
