Polk County, TX – Rebecca Medina Killed & 2 Other Injured In Crash On US 190

Polk County, TX (May 27, 2019) On Saturday, May 25, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on US 190.

According to reports, 19-year-old Rebecca Medina was traveling west along US 190 when her vehicle collided with a Jeep SUV head-on for unknown reasons.

The driver of the Jeep, who was identified as 55-year-old Joseph Johnson, and his passenger, 55-year-old Tammy Johnson, were both injured and transported to an area hospital for medical treatment.

Ms. Medina was transported to an area hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries.
