Houston, TX – Arthur Lee Bell Arrested For Fatal DUI On Almeda Road

Houston, TX (May 29, 2019) – On May 24, Houston Police Department responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident on Almeda Road.

According to reports, 62-year-old Arthur Lee Bell was traveling north along Almeda Road in a silver Ford Edge when he struck a man stepping into the roadway.

The victim sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene of the incident.

A further investigation of the incident found that Bell was under the influence during the incident. Bell was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

The incident remains under investigation at this time.
