Jacksonville, TX – 2-Year-Old Killed In Pedestrian Crash On North Jackson Street
Jacksonville, TX (May 29, 2019) – On Saturday evening, May 25, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident on North Jackson Street (Highway 69).
According to reports, a 2-year-old girl, who was identified as Jocelyn Castillo Hernandez, was crossing the roadway with two other individuals, when they were struck by a motor vehicle.
Jocelyn sustained fatal injuries in the collision and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The two individuals with the girl at the time, a 4-year-old girl, and 44-year-old Miguel Rosas-Garcia, were both injured in the collision and transported to an area hospital for medical treatment.
