San Antonio, TX (May 30, 2019) – On May 29, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident in the 7200 block of San Pedro.

According to reports, 63-year-old James Peter Lee was attempting to cross the roadway when he was struck by a Toyota Camry. The dark conditions made it difficult for the driver of the vehicle to notice Mr. Lee in the roadway.

James Peter Lee sustained serious injuries and was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment. Authorities confirmed that Mr. Lee succumbed to his injuries shortly after arriving to the hospital.
