Temple, TX – Woman Injured In Crash On Interstate 35

Temple, TX (May 30, 2019) – On May 28, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 35 near Drive Time.

Official reports show that a vehicle with no license plate was spotted in the area by police. The officer continued to follow the speeding vehicle until he lost sight of it. The officer then called off the chase and continued along the roadway.

A short time later, the speeding vehicle crashed into another vehicle on Interstate 35 near Drive Time. The impact of the collision caused the vehicle to catch fire.

Two male suspects exited the vehicle and attempted to run, but were apprehended by responding officers.

The woman inside the second vehicle sustained injuries and was transported to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Temple for treatment.
