Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
In 2018, over 6,000 pedestrians lost their lives in pedestrian accidents throughout the nation. When pedestrians are hit late at night, it’s usually because drivers are under the influence or tired. Sometimes these accidents also occur due to lack of proper lighting on roadways. The slightest contact that vehicles make with pedestrians can put pedestrians in the hospital for extended amounts of time, sometimes even for a lifetime.
