San Antonio, TX – Woman Killed In Pedestrian Accident On McCullough

San Antonio, TX (June 4, 2019) – On June 3, emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident near the intersection of McCullough and Camden.

According to reports, a 60-year-old woman was crossing the street in a crosswalk when she was struck by a truck. The driver of the truck stated that he was waiting at a red light on Camden to turn. When the light turned green, he turned his vehicle onto McCullough, but did not see the woman in the roadway.

The woman sustained fatal injuries in the incident and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
