McGregor, TX – Kayn Kemp Killed In Pedestrian Crash On S State Highway 317

McGregor, TX (June 7, 2019) – On June 6, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 2100 block of South State Highway 317.

According to reports, around 9:45 p.m., 26-year-old Kayn Kemp was walking on the northbound shoulder of the roadway when a white Ford F-150 struck him.

Kemp sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene of the incident.

The driver of the pickup truck fled the scene before law enforcement officers could arrive. At this time, the incident remains under investigation by the McGregor Police Department.
