Dallas, TX – Woman Killed in Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Julius Schepps Fwy

Dallas, TX (June 8, 2019) On the 8th of June, a fatal pedestrian accident happened on the 3500 block of Julius Schepps Freeway. A 53-year-old woman named Misty Parker was headed southbound in her 2015 red Nissan Versa when she struck a woman who was walking on the freeway. The impact of the crash threw the woman to the ground.

When the paramedics arrived to help, they found the woman lying in the roadway with serious head injuries. Unfortunately, she did not survive despite immediate medical aid from the paramedics.

Sadly, Parker initially fled the scene, but the police found her two hours later.

Authorities are working to determine why Parker struck the pedestrian.
