Head-On Collisions in Texas

Amarillo, TX - Joyce Venable and Kinsley Smith Killed in Head-On Accident on SW 45th StIn 2016, over 600 people sustained fatal injuries after being involved in head-on collisions. Often times when drivers are driving above the speed limit and immediately attempt to brake, their vehicle loses control and causes them to drift into the opposite lane in the way of oncoming vehicles. When vehicles collide head-on, those involved are more likely to sustain catastrophic or fatal injuries because the impact is twice as crucial.
