Vehicle Accidents in Texas

Travis County, TX – Major Accident on Hwy 290It’s common for drunk drivers to cause accidents between the hours of midnight and 6:00 a.m., especially if the accident happens on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. When individuals get too intoxicated, they make poor decisions since their ability to rationalize decreases as more alcohol enters their bloodstream. Sadly, under these conditions, they’re more prone to get behind the wheel, drive recklessly, and accidentally cause a major accident that results in injuries.

At Benton Law Firm, we have the ability to successfully help injured victims file and win their personal injury lawsuits, especially if they were involved in a collision caused by a drunk driver.
