Vehicle Accidents in Texas

In 2016, over 17,000 people sustained serious injuries after being involved in vehicle accidents. One of the unfortunate aspects of being involved in vehicle accidents is that most of them could be avoided since they’re primarily caused by negligence. Negligence comes in many forms, including speeding, driving while on a cell phone, ignoring traffic laws, driving while under the influence, and falling asleep at the wheel. Drivers should not be operating vehicles under any of these circumstances.

At Benton Law Firm, we are committed to helping as many injured victims as possible win their personal injury lawsuits against responsible parties.
