Boat Accidents in Texas

Chambers County, TX - 2 Killed and 8 Injured in Boat Accident on Hugo Park RdIn 2018, hundreds of boating accidents happened throughout Texas, and 29 people lost their lives as a result of these collisions. Even though boats don’t travel at as high of speeds as vehicles, they are still dangerous since they don’t have brakes, seat belts, airbags, and other safety components. Therefore, whenever accidents occur, pilots and passengers often eject into the water and sustain serious injuries as a result. Like any other accident, boat accidents can be avoided, which means those involved could file personal injury lawsuits.

At Benton Law Firm, we are dedicated to helping those who have sustained injuries in boat accidents, as well as families who have lost loved ones in boat accidents. We specialize in both personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits, which is how we have been able to help thousands of people win large settlements over the past two decades.
