Saginaw, TX (June 26, 2019) – On June 26, the Saginaw Police responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 600 block of Jarvis Road.

According to reports, a woman was crossing the train tracks about 15-miles north of downtown Fort Worth when her vehicle was struck by a train. Reports indicate that the railroad arms were down at the time of the incident and that the motorist drove around them.

The woman sustained serious non-life-threatening injuries in the incident and was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
