Austin, TX – Robert Platt Jr. Killed In Lake Lyndon B Johnson Crash

Austin, TX (June 27, 2019) – On June 26, during the evening hours, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department responded to a boat accident at Lake Lyndon B. Johnson near Colorado’s arm.

According to reports, a Crown Line runabout boat was carrying nine occupants when it crashed for unknown reasons.

One person on board the boat, identified as 20-year-old Robert Platt Jr., sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene of the incident.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department game wardens.
