Car Accidents in Texas
Studies show that speeding is responsible for over 100,000 car accidents in Texas. Drivers speed all the time for many reasons, mainly because they’re in a rush, impatient, or frustrated with traffic. Speeding also results from drunk driving, especially on weekends when drivers are leaving clubs, parties, and bars. Drunk drivers tend to speed when they are under the influence because they aren’t aware of how fast they’re going when they’ve consumed too much alcohol. Under these circumstances, everyone on the road is in danger of being seriously harmed.
