Odessa, TX – Jacob Hengtgen Deadly Motorcycle Crash On E 8th St
Odessa, TX (July 5, 2019) – Authorities have released the identity of a victim who died in a motorcycle crash on Thursday, July 4th, in Odessa. The accident happened on the 1900 block of East 8th St.
The deceased motorcyclist was identified by police officials as Jacob Hengtgen of Wisconsin.
Authorities state that Hengtgen was traveling eastbound down 8th St. at an extremely high speed when he collided with a Ford Mustang that was pulling out of a private driveway.
Hengtgen was then taken to Medical Center Hospital where he later succumbed to his sustained injuries.
The authorities are currently investigating the cause of the accident.
