Falls County, TX – Two Lives Lost After Head-On Collision Near Mooreville
Falls County, TX (July 7, 2019) – A head-on car accident on Sunday evening has caused two women to lose their lives and two teenagers injured.
The accident occurred on FM 107 and CR 499A near Mooreville. A mother and two of her children were in a Ford Expedition, which flipped over in the collision. The mother was pronounced dead at the scene and her teenage children were transported to the hospital with injuries.
The other vehicle, a Chevy Cruze, contained only the driver. The woman driving the Cruze was alive at the scene when the paramedics arrived. She was flown to Scott & White in Temple where she later succumbed to her injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
