Falls County, TX – UPDATE: Penny Ojeda And Abbie Hutton ID’d Victims Of Deadly Crash On FM 107

Falls County, TX (July 8, 2019) – Authorities have identified the two deceased victims who lost their lives in a fatal collision in Falls County. The crash took place on Sunday, June 7th, at FM 107 and CR 499A in the early evening around 6:00 p.m. 

The identities of the deceased are 59-year-old Penny Ojeda of Wichita Falls and 27-year-old Abbie Hutton of Palestine. 

Reports from authorities indicate that Ojeda was driving a Chevrolet traveling west on when she attempted to pass another vehicle. This resulted in Ojeda striking a Ford SUV driven by Hutton head-on. The Ford rolled over on impact. 

Hutton was pronounced dead at the scene while Ojeda later to succumbed to her injuries after being taken to Baylor Scott and White in Temple. 

The two passengers of the Ford also sustained injuries and were taken to local hospitals. 

The crash is currently being investigated at this time.
