Sunnyvale, TX – 4-Year-Old Injured In Drowning Incident On Collins Road

Sunnyvale, TX (July 11, 2019) – At approximately 2:30 p.m. on July 10, Sunnyvale Fire Department and EMS responded to the scene of a drowning accident near the intersection of Collins Road and Stoney Creek Blvd.

According to reports, a 4-year-old was swimming at the community pool when they nearly drowned. The 4-year-old sustained serious injuries in the incident and was transported via CareFlite to an area hospital for treatment.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
