Motorcycle Accidents in Texas

Lewisville, TX - Motorcyclist Killed in Motorcycle Accident on SH 121Sadly, in 2016, statistics show that approximately 463 motorcyclists lost their lives in motorcycle accidents on Texas roads. When motorcycle accidents occur in the middle of the night, the cause is often drunk or fatigued driving. Under these circumstances, drivers are not fully aware of their surroundings and are more prone to accidentally crashing into motorcyclists. Riders are more likely to sustain severe, catastrophic, or fatal injuries upon impact because their bodies are unprotected from external factors. Because motorcycles are relatively smaller than vehicles, it’s easier for them to sustain serious damages.
