Car Accidents in Texas
In 2016, 50 percent of fatal accidents occurred in rural areas throughout the country. Sadly, most accidents that occur at night happen because of drowsy driving, drunk driving, or distracted driving. When drivers are drunk or drowsy, their body produces similar results, including slowed reaction times, inability to keep eyes open, loose limbs, inability to control speed, and more. Drivers who put themselves at risk at the wheel also put others at risk, which often lead to fatalities.
At Benton Law Firm, we know how complex wrongful death lawsuits are, which is why we are committed to specializing in these types of cases. We believe families deserve justice after suddenly losing their loved ones in car accidents that could have been avoided. It’s unfair for families to be held financially responsible for medical expenses, funeral costs, and vehicle repairs.
