Head-On Collisions in Texas

Dallas, TX - 3 Injured in Head-On Collision on NW HwyMost head-on collisions occur in rural parts of Texas, but there are times where head-on collisions occur in urban areas. Drivers end up in the wrong lanes when they are inebriated, fatigued, or distracted. Head-on collisions often occur over the weekend in the middle of the night when drivers are leaving bars, clubs, and/or parties. It takes about two hours for alcohol to settle into the bloodstream, which is why drivers are often intoxicated by the time they get on the road to head home.
