San Antonio, TX – Major Accident on U.S. 281

San Antonio, TX (July 14, 2019) On the afternoon of July 14th, a major accident happened on U.S. 281 highway at Evans Road. Vehicles crashed into each other in the southbound lanes for unknown reasons. The accident was reported just before 1:00 p.m.

When first responders arrived, they found vehicles seriously damaged as a result and had to close off some lanes to clear up the collision. Traffic piled up all the way back to Stone Oak Parkway, causing a two-minute delay.

Emergency crews tended to everyone who sustained injuries as a result of the crash.

Authorities are still investigating to determine how many vehicles were involved, how many people sustained injuries, and who will be held liable for the collision.
