Travis County, TX – One Killed & Two Injured In Crash Near FM 812 & FM 973

Travis County, TX (July 15, 2019) – On July 14, just before 4:30 p.m., Austin-Travis County EMS and police responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident near Farm to Market Road 812 and Farm to Market Road 973.

Reports from the scene indicate that a red pickup truck and a white sedan collided along the roadway near Circuit of the Americas and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.

A male involved in the incident, who was only identified as a male in his 30s, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Two pediatric patients were injured in the collision and transported to Dell Children Hospital for further treatment.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
