Austin, TX – 8 Injured In Crash On 46th Street

Austin, TX (July 19, 2019) – On July 19, Austin-Travis County EMS and police responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident just after 4 p.m. on 46th Street.

According to reports from the ATCEMS, three vehicles collided on the roadway near the intersection of 46th Street and North Lamar Blvd around 3:30 p.m.

At least one person involved in the collision was pinned in their vehicle and had to be rescued by responding crews.

In total, eight people were injured in the collision and transported to area hospitals for treatment. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
