Borden County, TX – Crash On FM 1210 Results In Fatal Injuries

Borden County, TX (July 24, 2019) – On July 21, just after 12:30 p.m., two vehicles collided at the intersection of Farm to Market Road 1210 and County Road 131, just southeast of Tahoka.

According to reports from the Borden County Sheriff’s Office, a vehicle ran a stop sign and collided with a second vehicle at the intersection.

Two adults in one of the vehicles sustained fatal injuries and were pronounced deceased at the scene.

Three children inside the same vehicle were injured and airlifted to University Medical Center in Lubbock for treatment.

The Texas Department of Public Safety has since identified the victims as 22-year-old Sara Bergen and 31-year-old Johan Bergen. The three injured children were 5, 3, and 1.

At this time, the incident is under investigation.
