Waco, TX – Lake Shore Drive Crash Results In Fatal Injuries
Waco, TX (July 26, 2019) – On July 25, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Lake Shore Drive.
According to reports, a 50-year-old individual was driving a minivan down Lake Shore Drive when their vehicle drifted over the center line and collided with a van from the First United Methodist Church head-on.
The driver of the minivan sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver’s 7-year-old child sustained injuries and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
The driver of the bus, as well as eight children on board, were injured and transported to Hillcrest Hospital.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
